WELCOME TO EMELIE'S ANGELS
One person can make a big difference. Her name is EMILIE (Emilie Pohl de Bondanza). We invite you to discover her beautiful work with our canine angels in marginal communities in El Salvador.
Her story: She has been going out every day for more than 10 years to rescue and heal street doggies on her own.
Her heart mission is to help with SIX WINGS, ways:
FOOD - She always has Purina in her car. She feeds the puppies that she cannot rescue due to other more critical cases.
HEALING – She takes sick puppies to a young and brilliant Veterinary Doctor Marvin Smith Rivas, at Veterinary MARVET.
SHELTER: Temporary Veterinary care and shelter
PREVENTION: Dr. Marvin Rivas, operates on females to prevent future pregnancies. If not adopted, they return to the street.
ADOPTION: Finding forever adoptive parents
HELP FROM ALL OF YOU - Thank you!
Why do some dogs return the street? Because we cannot find an adoptive family, and running a shelter is very expensive. But the dogs always wait for Emilie for their meal of the day.
This is Emilie’s heart service without pay and she would like it to continue that way.
The purpose of this site is to create a network of friends and family to assist Emily in her mission. I HOPE YOU WILL JOIN US ANGEL DOG LOVERS, with love, and in service,

Emilie has no office, no fixed costs, and she won't. It's an effort that happened organically and people have been helping through Facebook posts and word of mouth, on a case-by-case basis. Emilie's Phone: + 503-7877-1414
Dr. Marvin operates with the most advanced and least painful technique, opening only a small hole in the dogs' stomach. They recover very quickly. They will not be malnourished because of pregnancy in the future nor will they abandon they young.
Both Emilie and Marvin search homes for the dogs, with the help of our Facebook network of friends in El Salvador. Thank you all!
At this moment, with COVID quarantine, she continues her mission with an approved circulation card. During this time she is also working with a grass-roots group to feed street dogs in El Salvador. Inspiring. Beyond love.

BEFORE & AFTER

AN INCREDIBLE CASE
From suffering to happiness and a home
WHAT? I also couldn't believe it when Emilie sent me these photos. It is the same puppy! That's how Emilie finds them. Sometimes it is because families in marginal communities cannot take care of them and leave them to die, tied up. They say they don't have the courage to kill them and don't know what else to do. THIS IS TRUE. It is the lack of options in these communities. Emilie speaks to them about options. This dog was adopted. :)

THE BEAUTIFUL REDHEAD
As you can see this female dog has been pregnant from her sagging breasts. On the street, it happens multiple times. We don't know how many times. This dog was operated, and she will never have to suffer from malnutrition, nor have to worry that her pups or have such a difficult destiny. She was released back to the street and knows that Emilie will come with food. All dogs are beautiful.

SNOW WHITE
What a beauty! You will never know how what they will look like until they recover. She also had an operation and was released to the street. She was malnourished, with infections and other conditions. The dogs are vaccinated, dewormed and completely cured! The duration that they spend in the Veterinary varies depending on the state in which they arrive.

FROM TUMOR, HOPELESS TO HAPPY
Another marvel! With a tumor next to his eye, skinny, with infections, Marvin was able to operate on him and now he is perfect. Of course, he spent at least two weeks recovering and eating well before he could like the handsome doggie he is on the right.
What a stud!

ONE OF THE LATEST CASES
April 18, 2020
A beautiful doggie he will be. Another Redhead maybe. Recently, he was found with burns on his face and back and tied with a metal chain around this neck which was piercing into his skin as he struggled to move. Bleeding and tired, now he will have a happier life. Suffering is over! Recuperation is on its way.

VETERINARY MARVET
Here the dogs also have a place of shelter and a small outside courtyard where they take their sunbath
"All of the deserve mercy, love, and happy life."
